- The Products offered on Smartoice BD (Pvt) Limited are intended to be sold to end consumers residing in Bangladesh.
- You may choose between Home Delivery also Self Collection in our Chittagong and Rangamati Stores. The delivery options are specified during the process of your order.
- We delivered your order by using – 3PL (Third Party Logistics) such as Pathao, Redx, Tiger, PapperPly Sundarban Courier, SA Poribohon, Rainbow Courier, Janani Express etc.
- The products shall be packaged in accordance with Smartoice BD’s standard packing procedures. Smartoice BD’s reserves the right to accommodate any specific packing instructions and in such cases, any additional charges which may apply shall be paid by the customer before the products are shipped.
- The delivery time and in the “Order Confirmation” email you received begins on the date you place an Order. Smartoice BD’s may contact you if an estimated delivery date cannot be met by the 3PL (Third Party Logistics).
- If you opt for “Home Delivery”, we will deliver your products to the shipping address provided in your order. Currently we provided “Home Delivery” for Chittagong, Dhaka and all other district’s city area. For Upazila and Village area order’s customers have to collect from nearest 3PL (Third Party Logistics) branch.
- We strongly advises you to check the apparent condition of items ordered at delivery time. In the event of a problem (damaged packaging or missing, damaged or broken items), You shall describe the condition of the parcel being refused in detail on the delivery note. You are therefore strongly advised to open your parcel in the presence of the delivery man to check that no item has been damaged during its transportation.
