How to adjust your walking Pole – Hold the poles with your arms bent at a right angle. Do the same thing with the lower section. “Never G0 Over The Stop Line”, or the pole may break during use.
Usage Advice:
Always check that your poles are well tightened. When descending, or during when pushing forward on the mountain, for example, you can make your poles longer. When walking downhill, it’s best to remove the strap so the pole won’t get in your way if you fall.
